Where we started
Initially two different properties built in the 1970's with no architectural elements and nowadays abandoned. Area of pristine natural beauty that inspired a concept of "boutique" country retreat which pays respect to the location and the traditional island architecture yet offers all modern comforts.
The Projects
Major renovation of the old houses and of the small nearby warehouses that transform into two comfortable main villas with surrounding cottages-guest houses, garden gym, terrace sauna and pool area. Traditional facades are combined with modern, eclectic interiors that embody contemporary comforts such as underfloor heating, automations, energy efficient frames, heat pumps, state of the art equipment etc. Extensive landscaping is designed taking into account the micro-climate of the location and the need for diversity of use.
