Where we started
A piece of land on a hillside with panoramic sea views of the Epidaurus gulf , over a long sandy beach and little picturesque boat harbours.
The Project
The main concept evolves around the personality of the owners - warm, earthy, intellectual with appreciation for timeless aesthetics and traditional natural materials. Wood and stone in various uses make up a residence that is comfortable with contemporary comforts yet simple, effortless, easy to maintain and classical at the same time. Extra large living and dining area with double frontage so that it enjoys both sea and mountain views and verandas. Light penetrating every space and high tile roof with exposed wooden beams. Large verandas reinvested with custom cut natural stones, stone arched exterior dining area, spacious bedrooms with office & library areas and en suite bathrooms. Guest house at close distance.
